Contix Terms of Use

Effective 2026-07-29. These terms cover the Contix app for iOS and this website. If you use Contix, you accept them.

Your license

Contix is a paid app with no accounts. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, the standard EULA, governs your license to use the app. Read it at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. One purchase gives you every feature.

The concert catalog

The app reads a catalog of artists, tours, shows, and artwork. The catalog is reference data that we compile from public sources. We give no warranty that an entry is correct or complete, and we can change or remove any entry. Check the details yourself before you rely on them.

Your tickets

Your tickets, photos, and notes stay on your device, and Apple syncs them through your private iCloud database. We hold no copy, and we claim no ownership of what you create. The privacy policy at https://contix.app/privacy gives the detail.

Show requests

The "Request a show" form sends us the text that you type. You give us the right to use that text to build the catalog, at no cost and with no time limit. Send only text that you have the right to send.

Limits

We supply Contix as it is. So far as the law permits, we are not liable for lost data or for indirect loss. Nothing here removes a right that the law of your country gives you.

Governing law and changes

The laws of the Republic of the Philippines govern these terms. A new version appears at this address with a new effective date. Questions: me@hellov1.com
